  • Vegan milk. If dairy is one of your biggest concerns regarding going vegan, fret not, because there are a number of milk substitutes that are not only vegan, but also healthy. Soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, and hemp milk are all guilt-free milk substitutes that will go well with your breakfast and your coffee. Plus, since these are all non-dairy, you can safely consume these milk substitutes even if you are lactose-intolerant. Feel free to say bye to an upset stomach and to acne breakouts!
  • Vegan cheese. Cheesy dishes are crowd-pleasers and I’m sure you’d be glad to know that there are vegan cheeses, too. Non-dairy cheese are often made from sunflower or sesame seeds, cashew or almond nuts, coconut oil, tapioca, and other plant-based ingredients that help vegan cheese mimic the texture and taste of dairy cheese. So no need to worry about missing cheese sticks and other cheesy dishes. You can still serve and eat them without the guilt.
  • Vegan “meat”. Vegan food doesn’t have to be tasteless and boring – and vegan “meat” proves the truth of that statement. By vegan “meat”, I’m not only referring to meat substitutes like tofu and mushrooms. Instead, I’m referring to a whole range of plant-based meat options ranging from burgers, meatballs, deli slices, roasts, and even sausages. Companies like Beyond Meat, Gardein, and Tofurky, to name just a few, are really upping the vegan game, delivering high-quality, 100% vegan “meat” products.
