Welcome to Vegan Torque​

Vegan Torque, your essential site for all things related to Plant Based Performance.

At Vegan Torque, I have been on my own journey of discovery and have found through our this journey numerous resources that have assisted in making decisions that have enable me to fuel my body in a way that not only aligns with my values but also delivers a great outcome for my body.

Over these years I have developed my own principles and practices to get the most out of plant based fuel.

I have also explored a lot of questions that are commonly associated with the transition to a plant based or vegan diet.

After spending hour upon hour explaining what I had learned and how I was putting them into practice and seeing great results, it seemed quicker and maybe easier to share content via and online platform and so Vegan Torque was born.

Why Vegan Torque?

Well in all honesty the name Vegan Torque looked to represent a few topics that I am passionate about.

Number 1 was creating light weight power so increasing my strength per pound.

Number 2 was creating a platform to “Torque” or talk about being a Vegan athlete.

and Number 3 was the play on Torque again so this time talk referring to Power. So another way to put it Vegan Power.

Though I not suggesting that we muscle in on anyone but more so to be the change that you wish to see in the world.

What I have found over the years is that when you deliver results other people want to emulate what you have done so then better I can perform the more people I can influence.

The more people I can influence to do their own research the greater the potential of having a positive impact on their health and well being and the health and well being of the planet.

Getting The Most Out Of Vegan Torque?

My First suggestion is to have an open mind, then possibly a bit of curiosity. But you should notice that Vegan Torque has a few cool features for you to take advantage of.

We have tried to make the site as user friendly as possible and easy to find what you are looking for.
